Trauma Surgeon-Director-Northeastern Minnesota

• Hospital employed practice seeks BC / BE Trauma Surgeon to join their team
• Base salary : $425,000 with potential of $575,000
• Join 6 Surgeons
• Case load with include General and Trauma (Trauma accounts for 10-15% of cases)
• Average patient volume : 20-25 procedures per day
• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• Shared Call : 1 : 7 (call includes general and trauma)
• Additional compensation for primary and back-up trauma call
• Level II Trauma Center
• 267-bed tertiary care facility
• Service population of 500,000
