an opening for a Front End Docket Clerk.

Knight & Hooper is a full-service law firm that specializes in the area of bankruptcy and creditors rights. The firm represents clients on matters concerning consumer and business collections. It handles cases related to demand letters and debt collection. Knight & Hooper is a member of the National Creditors Bar Association.

Job Responsibilities :

• Maintain and coordinate attorney court appearance schedule.
• Works closely with the back end docket clerk.
• Keeps detailed notes and records of all communications and actions.
• Keeps in constant contact with the Court employees.
• Keeps in constant contact with the Co-Counsel in several counties because they will be covering cases that our attorney cannot cover.
• Maintains confidentiality and the utmost discretion.
• Collaborates with lawyers if legal action is required.
• Uses debt collection software and public records databases.
• Prepares and maintains docket sheets for attorney appearance dockets.
