The Post-Closing Quality Control Underwriter completes reviews and performs quality control evaluation of underwriting for loans for the Quality Control department.

What You Need To Know

• Performs audits of closed loans, and ensures loans are underwritten according to Movement's policies and procedures
• Comprehensive Understanding of Investor Guidelines including FHA, USDA, VA, FNMA and FHLMC
• Re-underwrites the income, assets, credit and appraisal for all Post-Closing quality control audit selections based
• Evaluates re-verified documents including income, assets, credit, and appraisal
• Rates each file on credit worthiness and quality of the loan file
• Communicates findings to the appropriate Operations Underwriter

The expected salary range for this position is between :

$78,300.00 - $108,700.00

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
