Base pay range

$130,000.00 / yr - $150,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial reporting, including review and analysis of financial statements, internal reports, and annual audits.
• Ensure adherence to GAAP and internal controls; collaborate with accountants and auditors to maintain compliance.
• Support the CFO in developing and tracking annual budgets, financial forecasts, and strategic plans.
• Manage grant and awards administration, including grant requests, fund tracking, and compliance with funding requirements.
• Supervise payroll, benefits, and HR activities; ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Oversee administrative services, including record keeping, office policies, and operational support.
• Provide leadership and direction to finance and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Assist with preparation for board meetings, presentations, and reporting to executive leadership.
• Support process improvements, system migrations, and organizational initiatives as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the CFO or executive leadership.
