Job descriptionThe Senior Tax Analyst will help to review federal, state, and local tax filings, ensuring accurate and timely compliance. Assist with the preparation of the ASC 740 tax provision and supporting schedules for interim and annual reporting. Support international tax structuring, transfer pricing, and intercompany transactions. Monitor changes in tax legislation and advise leadership on strategic implications. Will work alongside the internal and external auditors during tax audits and reviews. Provide tax insights for budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning. The Senior Tax Analyst will also prepare and review applicable tax credits and projections.
