About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for People Operations and Talent Acquisition to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key leader in the People Team, partnering with the executive leadership to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and a world-class employee experience. This role is pivotal in overseeing all aspects of people operations, including compensation administration, total rewards, payroll, HRIS, leaves, and recruiting. The VP will also be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a distributed team, driving the design and implementation of scalable processes and programs that support the company's growth, and fostering an inclusive and engaging culture. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive experience in HR, with at least 5 years' in people operations leadership, preferably in high-growth, remote-first environments. Deep expertise in compensation administration, total rewards, payroll, HRIS, and talent acquisition is essential. The role requires a proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams, as well as experience in designing and scaling people operations and talent acquisition strategies. Strong knowledge of employment law, regulatory compliance, and HR best practices is a must, along with experience in HRIS and people systems. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational, analytical, and project management skills, high emotional intelligence, and a passion for fostering an inclusive, people-first culture.
