Senior Client Engagement Manager

EPAM is seeking a Senior Client Engagement Manager to play a pivotal role in driving business growth with clients on the West Coast by developing compelling, market-relevant pitches and proposals tailored to client needs. In this position, you will leverage your expertise to position EPAM's high-impact, end-to-end (E2E) capabilities across digital and physical product and experience domains, foster collaboration across internal teams, and deliver thought leadership that resonates with clients and prospects. This role calls for strategic thinking, creativity, and strong communication skills to confidently and eloquently represent EPAM's capabilities. This is a hybrid position with 2550% travel required within North America. There is a requirement for this business development professional to be located on the West Coast.

This Remote Position Cannot be Performed in New York City. This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to : geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range : $135,000 - $165,000 USD. This position is also eligible for variable compensation incentives.
