Responsibilities include developing and implementing infrastructure for a new production line, selecting and deploying equipment, integrating hardware and software tools, and establishing scalable and reliable manufacturing systems. Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and implementation of advanced manufacturing systems across diverse projects.
• Drive efficient scale-up of production, balancing speed, quality, and cost.
• Oversee the launch of new manufacturing capabilities for next-generation products.
• Plan and integrate essential infrastructure, including equipment, tooling, and automation technologies.
• Collaborate with external partners to source and deploy critical production assets.
• Mentor engineers and production staff to build technical depth and organizational strength.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to standardize processes and enhance manufacturing performance at scale.
