Job Description

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities :

OFFICE VISITS :

• Assesses and monitors changes in the physical and psycho / social needs of patients utilizing the nursing process
• Educates and counsels patient and / or caregiver with provisions for follow-up
• Prepares the patient for and assists in complex procedures and treatments
• Administers and documents all medications including IV therapy accurately

Required Qualifications :

Pay Range $45 / hr to $60 / hr

The provided compensation range is based on industry standards and salary determinations will be made based on numerous factors including but not limited to years of experience and location of position.
