Compensation Details :
The salary range for this position is $60,000-$80,000 annually plus bonus
Franchise Support Analyst
As a Franchise Support Analyst , you’ll be the trusted advisor guiding new franchise owners through financing, site selection, and onboarding, ensuring successful launches and long‑term success.
What you will do :
Evaluate franchise candidate readiness (financials, business plans, compliance)
Advise on financing strategies, including SBA loan options and lender selection
Assess market viability using demographic and competitive data
Review and validate real estate opportunities against brand criteria
Lead onboarding, monitor milestones, and proactively manage risks
Serve as the strategic consultant to franchisees, anticipating needs and resolving challenges
