Hours :  9 AM to 1 PM, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday (16 hours per week)

Job Description :

Maya Homecare is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable  Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)  to provide care for a 94-year-old woman with dementia in Ringoes, NJ. This position offers  16 hours per week , with shifts from  9 AM to 1 PM on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday .

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with  bathing  and personal hygiene
• Provide  medication reminders  (she frequently asks if she’s taken her medication)
• Prepare and assist with  lunch
• Offer general  companionship  and support
• Ensure safety and provide mobility assistance as needed (she uses a cane)

Requirements :

About the Family :  The client lives with her son and other family members. While the family is present, the client requires assistance with daily tasks. The ideal candidate will have a caring, professional attitude and be able to provide high-quality care in a home setting.
