About the Role :

We’re seeking a reliable, experienced, and safety-conscious Shred Truck Driver with a CDL license to be a key part of our team in the Chicago metro area. In this role, you will travel within a dedicated region where you’ll operate our mobile shredding trucks to provide secure, on-site destruction of confidential documents and assets. Your role is vital in maintaining the trust of our clients by ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality, compliance, and security. This is a Monday through Friday job, allowing you to be home each weekend.

What We’re Looking For :

A valid CDL license and a clean driving record

2+ years of CDL route driving experience

Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 70 lbs)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Familiarity with DOT regulations

Availability to travel regularly within a designated region

Key Responsibilities :

Onsite / offsite document destruction of confidential materials using mobile shredding equipment

Safely and professionally operate company vehicles , including loading and unloading of materials

Ensure proper maintenance of trucks and shredding equipment through daily safety checks

Develop and maintain relationships with clients , ensuring satisfaction and trust

Complete necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner

Maintain a clean, professional appearance for both yourself and your truck at all times
