Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting forecasting and long-range planning incorporating production volumes and cost drivers.
• Perform detailed variance analysis of actual vs. budget / forecast for production costs COGS labor and overheads.
• Analyze manufacturing costs including standard costing bill of materials and production variances to identify efficiency improvements.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and performance dashboards for manufacturing operations and executive leadership.
• Conduct financial analysis for capital expenditure projects evaluating ROI payback period and strategic alignment for plant investments.
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels turns and valuation identifying potential risks or opportunities related to production and demand.
• Partner with operations and supply chain teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
