About the Role

The role requires a proven track record in managing large-scale sports operations, capital projects, and event management, particularly in the context of natural grass fields and harsh weather conditions. Strong leadership, communication, financial acumen, technical knowledge, and problem-solving skills are essential. The position demands the ability to work long hours in various weather conditions and the expertise to operate heavy equipment for field maintenance.
