Implementation Specialist

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist (Remote). Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain the Employee Navigator benefit administration platform for new instances and during renewal / open enrollment Provide day-to-day support to clients on managing their Employee Navigator platform Support the transition of clients from Ease to Employee Navigator, including migration and / or platform rebuild Required Qualifications At least 2 years of experience working with the Employee Navigator platform as a broker user Experience with Ease, Rippling, PlanSource, Bswift, and / or ADP benefit administration platforms is preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Working knowledge of Microsoft product suite Experience handling PHI or other sensitive data is preferred
