Job descriptionPerform routine and deep cleaning tasks for our customers using our Detail-Clean-Rotation-System to ensure consistent quality (training will be provided) Work efficiently as part of a cleaning team Maintain a professional and positive attitude with customers and coworkers Use company-provided equipment and supplies safely Arrive on time and ready to work each day Paid training Quarterly reviews and raises based on performance Paid gas mileage and travel time Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance options after 90 days of employment Paid holidays after 90 days of employment Paid vacation after 1 year of employment 401k options after 1 year of employment Must be 18 years of age or older Driver’s license Own a car and have car insurance (you will drive your own car and take turns with your partner every other day) Able to pass a background check Strong attention to detail Have a great attitude, be a team player, and take pride in your work! A willingness to learn everybody can clean, but not everyone cleans like we do! Be able to be on your feet all day with light lifting (less than 15 pounds).
Job Overview :
We are seeking full-time, dependable, and detail-oriented Professional House Cleaners to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality cleaning services that help our customers maintain a clean, healthy, and comfortable home. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, takes pride in their work, and enjoys being part of a supportive team environment.
Hours and Pay :
- Full-time hours, Monday - Friday. No Nights, No Weekends
- Hours : 7 : 45 AM - 5 : 00 PM daily. Could be later or earlier depending on staffing needs
- Weekly pay, between $550 - $700 based on 35-40 hours per week. Taxes will be deducted
- Customers are encouraged to tip
- Weekly bonuses based on cleaning quality
