Educational Diagnostician - Plano, TX

Minimum 1+ years Educational Diagnostician experience required. A full-time opportunity is available for an experienced Educational Diagnostician or School Psychologist to support K-12 students across two campuses in Plano, TX. This contract position spans the full school year and focuses on providing critical evaluation and assessment services to a diverse student population, including 134 students receiving special education services districtwide. Key Responsibilities : Conduct comprehensive educational and psychological evaluations for K-12 students. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to design Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on assessment findings. Monitor student progress and recommend appropriate interventions or accommodations. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide expert guidance on special education eligibility. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines. Qualifications : Certification or licensure as an Educational Diagnostician or School Psychologist. Experience working within K-12 educational settings, preferably with special education populations. Strong knowledge of assessment tools, special education laws, and mandates. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, families, and staff. Ability to manage caseloads across multiple campuses efficiently.
