Job description

Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a LPN / LVN Long Term Care for a travel job in Mandan, North Dakota.

Job Description & Requirements

LPN-LTC / SNF

  • Shift : 12H Days, 12 h days, every 3rd weekend
  • Description : Unit Notes : Good Samaritan
  • Local rates apply within 80 miles or if using GSS housing (-$8.00 to regular and OT bill rates)
  • No Charge Differential at Good Samaritan Facilities
  • No on call or call back available or billable
  • Backouts & quits with less than 14-days notice incur a $500 fee
  • Facility : GSS - Sunset Drive | LPN
  • Number of Beds : 128
  • Ratios : 1 : 32
  • EMR : PCC
  • IV-C Required for LPNs? : Preferred
  • Weekend Requirement : Every third
  • Holidays : Every third
  • Shifts : 12 hours
  • Location Specific Orientation : Orientation pathway completed with GSS staff
  • Common Diagnosis / Types of Patients : All diagnoses
  • Cancellation Policy : 2 weeks notice
  • Charting System : PCC
