Note : The compensation range(s) in the table below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidates relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.

Summary Description :

The Implementation Project Manager leads cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution ensuring seamless deployment of strategic programs and operational transitions. This role is critical to driving measurable outcomes stakeholder alignment and timely delivery across supply chain clinical and administrative projects.

Job Responsibilities :

Project Leadership : Own end-to-end implementation of assigned initiatives including scope definition timeline management resource coordination and risk mitigation.

Stakeholder Engagement : Facilitate collaboration across departmentssupply chain operational and clinical initiativesto ensure alignment and adoption.

Performance Tracking : Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor progress identify bottlenecks and report outcomes to senior leadership.

Process Optimization : Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and standardization during implementation phases.

Documentation & Governance : Maintain project charters status reports and change logs; ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

Vendor & Partner Coordination : Manage external relationships to ensure timely delivery of services and support.

Skills / Competencies :

o Project Execution & Technical Skills

o Familiarity with clinical value analysis or strategic sourcing

o Ability to navigate change management and workforce transitions with empathy and clarity

o End-to-End Project Management : Skilled in planning execution and post-implementation review.

o Process Mapping & Optimization : Ability to identify inefficiencies and redesign workflows.

o Technology Fluency : Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain platforms

o Data Analysis & Reporting : Proficient in creating dashboards tracking KPIs and translating metrics into action.

Education :

Bachelors Degree Business Healthcare Administration Supply Chain or related field

Required Experience :

5 years of project management experience ideally in healthcare supply chain or operations implementation

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex timelines

Strong communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet MS Project Asana)

Certifications :

PMP or Lean Six Sigma- Preferred
