About the Role :

We are expanding our psychiatry services and inviting Psychiatrists (MD / DO) to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to join a large APA-accredited private therapy practice. Our outpatient psychiatry team provides evidence-based compassionate care for adults and adolescents in collaboration with a multidisciplinary network of over 200 exceptional clinicians. We prioritize empathy collaboration and innovative treatment especially for mood disorders and complex presentations.

Your Role :

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults and / or adolescents.
• Provide care in person at our Austin Houston or Dallas offices.
• Collaborate with therapists and leadership to ensure seamless ethical evidence-based care.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
• Supervise Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners or trainees.
• Autonomy and flexibility are offered in your schedule and treatment approach with support for both medication management and psychotherapy integration.
