In this role, you’ll manage a full spectrum of responsibilities essential to exemplary LTC nursing.
Core duties include providing direct clinical care, administering medications and treatments, and monitoring residents’ vital signs and conditions with precision.
You will develop, implement, and regularly update individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, therapists, and social workers, ensuring that each plan aligns with residents’ goals and preferences.
You’ll oversee wound care, IV therapy within scope, and chronic disease management, while implementing evidence-based practices to reduce falls, infections, and hospitalizations.
You’ll lead and mentor care teams, including CNAs and LPNs, fostering a collaborative environment that enhances team performance and resident safety.
