About the Team & Business Line :

As a valuable member of our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business operations and help them to achieve their goals.

The FP&A Team is responsible for gathering and maintaining the financial performance tailored to the needs of Citco Executive Committee. The team works closely across Citco's various Lines of Business and Citco Group functions.

Your Role :

You will be primarily responsible for working on :

• Management reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting :

Prepare financial reports for the management team and external stakeholders, such as investors and lenders.

Contribute in all analytical based tasks and be able to competently produce financial models and projections to support strategic planning, due diligence activities and decision-making. Analyze financial data and prepare reports on financial performance (including integrated income statement, balance sheet and cash flow models, cost / benefit analysis, cash and liquidity analysis, operational, commercial and financing sensitivity and scenario analysis)

Take personal responsibility for individually assigned areas, ensuring delivery and continuation of project momentum

Confidently work with business stakeholders across the Citco Group (e.g. Legal, Tax, HR, IT and Operations) by leading calls and ensuring collaboration of ideas / opportunities are well documented and open actions are easily identifiable

Support the Head of the FP&A Team, ensuring clear and concise communication between the FP&A Team and its Senior stakeholders

About You :

Salary Range : $90,000 - 118,000
