We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to provide top-notch care in our Emergency Department. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering both routine and complex nursing care while promoting the highest standards of patient well-being.

- Exhibit leadership qualities, fostering a positive environment for both yourself and your colleagues.
- Utilize the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation, for your assigned patients, consistent with the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice.
- Understand and address the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families.
- Administer medications and treatments following established protocols; diligently monitor patients for side effects and effectiveness.
- Document comprehensive patient histories, symptoms, medications administered, and care provided.
- Conduct assessments of learning needs and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers, identifying appropriate resources.
Position Requirements :
Education : A Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is preferred.Experience : A minimum of one year of experience in a related nursing specialty is preferred.Licenses and Certifications : BLS certification is required. Valid RN License in the state of employment or compact is necessary. Additional certifications in ACLS, PALS, and TNCC are also required.Newly hired experienced RNs will participate in our New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of employment and will receive hands-on training from a preceptor. We value your growth and offer residency programs for new graduates or those new to specialty areas.
Work Schedule : MIDS - 12 HOURS
