Job Description :

Birch Agency is seeking a Speech Language Pathologists to join our team

Birch Agency is currently seeking Speech Language Pathologists to work in person with students in Bucks County, PA for the 2026-26 school year. We have full time as well as Part time available, and the SLPs will provide services to students from elementary through high school. Interviews are being held as soon as possible. The position comes with a $1,500 Sign on Bonus .

Opportunities Available :

Full-time

Part Time Optional

SLP Job Responsibilities :

Screen new students for Speech / Language disorders

Evaluate students referred with speech / language disorders to determine the degree and severity

Provide Speech Therapy to students with a wide variety of disabilities

Complete appropriate paperwork following state guidelines

Attend IEP Meetings

Confer with parents and develop home programs when necessary

Consult with Teachers

Work as a part of the Special Ed team

Provide thorough and accurate documentation in a timely fashion

Required Qualifications :

Masters degree in Speech and Communication

PA Speech Language Pathologist State Licensure / Certification

ASHA Certification
