This role offers a mid‑senior level, full‑time position within a well‑established team of urologists, advanced practice providers, and surgical techs. The group provides strong APP support, allows a focus on surgery, and offers faculty opportunities to build a urology residency program.

Job Specifics

• Patient care in a busy urology group with support from advanced practice providers.
• Inpatient rounding and clinic visits largely handled by APPs.
• Call rotation shared equally among urologists; most holiday coverage handled by a part‑time urologist.
• Faculty opportunity to build an urology residency program.
• Advanced robotic and laparoscopic surgery, including use of three daVinci systems at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center.
• Work in a Level 1 trauma center, a major teaching affiliate of the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria.
• Referral support from a large multi‑specialty group and a robust hospitalist group.
• Epic EMR system in use.
• Visa sponsorship available (J‑1 and H‑1B).

Base salary : $625,000 – $680,912 annually. Additional compensation may include bonuses or incentives.
