Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Endoscopy Clinic | Full-Time | Winston-Salem, NC

Direct Hire Pay : $23.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule : Monday – Friday (No weekends or holidays) : 5x8s Hours : 6 / 6 : 30am-4p / 4 : 30p

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated Endoscopy team at a top-rated Ambulatory Surgical Center in Winston-Salem, NC. This full-time role is ideal for an LPN with strong IV skills and a passion for procedural care in an outpatient setting. As part of our team, you will work closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to support patients before, during, and after endoscopic procedures, ensuring safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on nursing care to patients undergoing endoscopy procedures

Administer prescribed medications under physician orders

Start IVs using proper aseptic technique

Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to assess patient needs

Assist with room turnover and infection control procedures between procedures

Provide education and reassurance to patients and families

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all clinical guidelines

Qualifications

Active LPN license in the state of North Carolina (required)

3+ years of LPN experience preferred, especially in outpatient or surgical settings 2+ years of IV insertion experience strongly preferred

Strong knowledge of medical-surgical nursing practices

Excellent communication and patient education skills

Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment
