Primary Care Physician needed for industry leading Primary Care Group to support expansion into the San Antonio, TX

• Specialty : Primary Care, Family Practice or Internist
• Type of Position : Permanent Full Time
• Work Schedule : Monday - Friday (9AM- 6PM) with 1 hour break and 1 hour admin time.
• Start Date : December 2025
• Facility Type : Clinic
• Clinical Setting : Outpatient
• Patients Per day : Average of 15-21 per day
• Support Staff : Advanced practice providers and Medical Assistants
• Credentialing Time Frame : 30 days
• Location : San Antonio, TX (9 locations)

• Downtown
• Leon Valley
• Live Oak
• Northwest
• Southside
• Stone Oak
• Westover Hills
• Licensing Requirements : Active TX medical license or IMLC compact licensure
• Board Certification : American Board Certified or Board Eligible required (Family Practice or Internal Medicine)
• Willing to accept J1 or H1 visa candidates? : No
• Compensation : Base Salary $250,000 + annual bonus of 16.6% based on a successful performance review
