Responsibilities

• Diagnose HVAC and plumbing issues for residential and light commercial customers
• Present professional repair and replacement options with confidence
• Convert service calls into profitable sales
• Communicate clearly and build customer trust on every visit
• Collaborate with dispatch and installers to complete jobs efficiently
• Keep detailed notes in the CRM and follow up as needed
• Represent AC and Plumbing Pro with integrity, pride, and professionalism
