OB / GYN Generalist Opportunity in Baltimore, MD ### Position OverviewAn established and growing OB / GYN department in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Generalist in OB / GYN to join its team. This is an employed, full-time opportunity with academic involvement and access to advanced resources for obstetric and gynecologic care. The department is committed to clinical excellence, innovation, and education, offering opportunities to teach residents and medical students. ### Assignment DetailsPosition Type : Full-time, employed Schedule : Monday–Friday, variable hours Call : Rotating call schedule supported by an established laborist program Team Structure : - 6 OB / GYN physicians, 2 APPs, and 16 residents (4 per year) - Collaboration with divisions of Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Urogynecology, and Gynecologic Oncology Academic Role : - Faculty appointment available through an affiliated medical university - Participation in an ACGME-accredited OB / GYN residency program - Involvement in medical student teaching and mentoring Practice Features : - Robust OB and GYN practice including prenatal, postnatal, and advanced gynecologic care - Access to DaVinci Xi robotic surgery system - Block OR time available for surgical cases - Multidisciplinary support including dietitians and specialists - New graduates welcome to apply ### RequirementsMD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology Completion of an ACGME-approved OB / GYN residency program Eligibility for Maryland medical license and DEA registration Strong surgical and clinical skills Expertise in robotic and minimally invasive GYN surgery a plus Excellent communication and teamwork abilities ### Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary $275K–$325K, based on experience Additional incentive compensation opportunities Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) 403(b) and 457(b) retirement plans CME allowance and tuition reimbursement PSLF eligibility Life insurance and generous PTO Free parking and discounted membership at a 70,000 sq.
