This role allows you to directly influence contract strategy, reimbursement outcomes, and the overall patient experience.

We're seeking a managed care leader who can confidently guide the full contract lifecycle—from negotiation through execution, optimization, and long-term payer collaboration.

What You Will Do :

• Lead the development, execution, and management of all managed care and direct revenue contracts
• Build and maintain strong payer relationships to secure competitive reimbursement and sustainable partnerships
• Ensure alignment with Medicaid / Medicare pricing, compliance, and reimbursement guidelines
• Partner with internal teams across credentialing, billing, appeals, and authorization processes
• Monitor contract performance, identify trends, and communicate with payers to drive continuous improvement
