Job descriptionDesign and execute a scalable business strategy for revenue and membership growth. Build and lead a high-performing sales organization. Strengthen provider, manufacturer, and pharmacy partnerships. Use analytics and KPIs to optimize operations and performance. Collaborate across marketing, operations, and program teams to enhance member experience. 10+ years of progressive sales leadership in healthcare, pharma, or distribution. Proven success driving $10M+ in vaccine sales. Experience with P&L, GPO engagement, and post-acute markets. Strong strategic, analytical, and leadership skills.
