Front Office Support

Do you love working with children? We have an immediate need at a local charter school for a Front Office Support person who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a cheerful, professional disposition. The Front Office Support position involves general office duties, including answering phones, data entry, and daily interaction with children, staff, and parents. This is a Furst-to-Hire position that works through the summer months as well.

Hours : 8 : 20am to 4 : 20pm, Mon-Fri

Pay : $18 / hour

Front Office Support Responsibilities :

Answer and direct incoming calls

File documents

A variety of other clerical duties, such as typing and data entry

Front Office Support Requirements :

Professional demeanor

Must adhere to strict confidentiality protocol

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in MS Word and Excel

Ability to multi-task

2-3 years of recent office experience
