Dealer and Contractor Merchandizing Service Representative

Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a Dealer and Contractor Merchandizing Service Representative for a position in Wixom, MI! This position is paying $16-20 / hour and begins right away.

Duties :

• Construction, labeling, delivery, and maintenance of large outdoor A-frame displays at dealer and contractor business locations
• Requires moderate lifting and operation of a hand held concrete saw in assembling displays
• Assist with the construction and maintenance of outdoor area
• Utilize company van
• Banding, assembly of small hand samples for contractor pick up. Delivery of larger samples to dealers and job sites
• Work with and assist the sales department in solving product complaints and or warranty issues
• Work with the sales department to create field panel mock-ups for large residential and commercial projects
• Assist with the design, development and set-up of temporary displays for trade shows and training seminars
• Represent company at trade shows, training events and other events
• Maintain records of daily customer activities through CRM to include :
• Before and after photos of displays and mock-ups
• Detailed notes of customer interaction
