Lead UI / UX Designer

Job Summary :

This Lead Website Designer role requires a minimum of eight years of experience in creating responsive and mobile-first website designs. The successful candidate will translate client needs and content into user-friendly, accessible, and visually appealing digital experiences, collaborating with internal teams and developers to ensure high-fidelity design implementation and consistency across platforms. Location :  Remote

Responsibilities : - Create high-fidelity design concepts, wireframes, and mockups.

• Lead design discussions and presentations with internal teams and clients.
• Ensure designs adhere to UX / UI best practices and are accessible (WCAG compliant).
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless handoff and design fidelity.
• Maintain a consistent visual style across pages and platforms. Required Skills & Certifications : - 8+ years of professional experience in website design.
• Strong expertise in modern front-end frameworks and tools : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap , and SCSS.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent tools. Preferred Skills & Certifications : - Experience in designing for Core Razor Pages environment.
• Knowledge of HubSpot or Constant Contact integrations. Special Considerations :
