About the Role
We are searching for a dynamic Senior Commercial Executive who will lead our global commercial strategy and drive revenue growth across multiple properties. This is a critical role where you will design and oversee a data-driven, impactful commercial strategy focused on optimizing essential growth channels while ensuring premium rate integrity. You will take on global commercial leadership, own P&L responsibilities, and develop a strategic multi-year commercial roadmap.
As a Senior Commercial Executive, you will inspire and manage a high-performing international sales organization, create and lead regional sales teams, and develop innovative revenue verticals supported by tailored go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned commercial leader or former management consultant with a proven track record in scaling multi-property revenue across different continents. An analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and a vast network within the luxury and corporate sectors are essential.
We are looking for a relentless closer with a hunter's instinct, who thrives on data and possesses emotional intelligence and resilience against rejection. Familiarity with CRM and AI sales enablement tools, particularly HubSpot, is essential. You should be skilled at translating vision into actionable KPIs and execution plans while inspiring and leading a high-performance sales team.
