Job Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a vital role in delivering exceptional resident-centered care in a long-term care setting. Under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN), you will assist residents with daily living activities and provide compassionate support tailored to their physical and psychological needs.

Your key responsibilities will include :

• Providing assistance with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Monitoring and recording vital signs and documenting resident interactions.
• Assisting residents in transferring, repositioning, and walking using proper techniques.
• Creating a positive dining experience by helping residents with meals and snacks.
• Supporting wellness and recreational programs, encouraging participation.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization within living areas.
• Communicating changes in resident conditions to the charge nurse.
