Senior Marketing Communications Specialist

Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462

Hybrid role : - Required to be onsite 2-3 times / week

12 months

Education

Required :

BA / BS in Marketing, Marketing Research, Psychology, Data Science, or related field

Preferred :

Master's in Business, Marketing Research, or related field (MBA / MA / MS / MMR)

Required Experience

Minimum 5 years of Market Research experience (client side, supplier side, or related functions such as Sales, Marketing, or Marketing / Sales Operations)

Strong knowledge / understanding of the US healthcare environment with the ability to quickly learn different therapy areas

Strong analytical skills , capable of connecting business issues to actionable market research insights

Knowledge of Market Research methods and secondary data sources, with eagerness to expand expertise

Demonstrated ability in collaboration and teamwork , with experience leading teams in market research execution

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Experience

Experience in Healthcare Consumer and Healthcare Practitioner research

Familiarity with Buy and Bill products (a plus)

Leverage research and marketing knowledge to synthesize actionable insights

Collaborate with team leads, analytics colleagues, and franchise clients to apply insights that influence marketing strategy and uncover opportunities

Understand client business challenges and manage research to support brand-level decision-making

Proactively identify business growth opportunities through engagement with internal and external stakeholders

Ability to work independently , manage competing priorities, and navigate ambiguity while collaborating effectively when needed

Skilled in selecting appropriate research methodologies to address business needs

Key Responsibilities

Support client 's US Portfolio through planning and executing primary market research while coordinating across primary, secondary, and syndicated research to inform brand strategy and tactics

Develop and execute research projects, including timeline and budget management

Align and communicate with stakeholders and external agencies regarding objectives, execution, findings, and recommendations

Manage all aspects of primary market research projects

Partner with business stakeholders to assess challenges, recommend research methods, and incorporate team feedback

Apply best practices and innovative techniques to generate impactful insights

Synthesize results into compelling business stories and recommend actionable steps

Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to drive effective decisions that enhance business outcomes

Collaborate with analytics teams to design complex analyses using secondary data, syndicated reports, and databases, integrating findings with primary research to strengthen brand strategy
