Shift : 12-hour days (7 : 00am – 7 : 00pm)

Estimated Weekly Pay : $2250 - $2310

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in New York State

Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room (OR) nursing experience

Experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center preferred

Ability to scrub and circulate in the cardiac OR

BLS certification (American Heart Association)

Cardiac Stepdown RN Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care in the Adult Cardiac Operating Room for advanced cardiac procedures

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Scrub and circulate during cardiac surgeries and procedures

Monitor, assess, and document patient status throughout the perioperative process

Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and clinical best practices
