What You’ll Do
- Develop a multi‑channel sales plan to grow revenue and improve margins.
- Be accountable for achieving assigned organization objectives for sales, volume, market share growth and other strategic goals.
- Provide insight to DIRTT’s functional leaders in the form of forecasting and pipeline reporting.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of sales professionals to develop a strong culture of accountability and teamwork, establishing realistic yet challenging goals.
- Define and own the sales processes that drive desired outcomes, identifying improvements when required. This includes go‑to‑market strategy, maximizing sales margin through direct sales vs. partners, and setting objectives for high‑growth areas.
- Align, direct, and empower team members to manage and progress sales activities, including monitoring and forecasting with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and top‑of‑funnel activities.
- Work with the commercial leadership team to shape overarching strategy, collaborate cross‑functionally, and understand product mix to enhance offerings. Share feedback with product development, operations, and other stakeholders.
- Combine initiative with a competitive drive, maintaining focus on results despite changing conditions to meet sales performance objectives.
- Make calculated, timely decisions to maximize pipeline potential.
- Serve as the primary source of guidance and direction for direct reports.
- Drive and sponsor development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team, empowering them to exceed performance targets.
- Collaborate on sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives.
What You’ll Bring
Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in a sales capacity, with a proven ability to mentor and develop peers or direct reports.Proven success in creating and executing strategic sales plans to drive profitable growth.Well versed in commercial construction.Track record of thriving in a sales role and a keen desire to share sales knowledge to drive results.Adept at working through complex challenges, creating tangible solutions to mitigate risks, and incorporating a continuous‑improvement mindset.Talent for bridge‑building, establishing trust across functions and channels.A firm and goal‑oriented leadership style that motivates, develops, and engages others.What’s In It for You
