We're looking for a Bakery Manager who can provide strong administrative leadership, guide our team, coordinate production, and help us meet growing customer demand.

Role Summary

The Bakery Manager works closely with the owners to support the bakery's goals, finances, staff, and production flow. This role leads personnel management, oversees daily administrative needs, and uses sales analysis to plan efficient and effective production.

• Ensure bakery operations align with our core values.
• Help build capacity as demand grows.
• Manage budgets and monitor financial health.
• Evaluate income streams and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Improve internal systems and processes to increase productivity.
• Conduct sales analysis and set production targets.
• Develop strategies to meet customer needs and expand wholesale business.
• Coordinate and participate in management and departmental meetings.
• Ensure opening, closing, and maintenance tasks are assigned and completed.
• Oversee ordering of general supplies and equipment.
