We see on average between 50-100 patients between 4 MFM providers. We perform all OB exams and a few GYN Pelvic exams s / p procedures.Our OB exams include : First Trimester Viability Nuchal Translucency / First Trimester Anatomy Early Anatomy Detailed Anatomical Survey Third Trimester Anatomy Cervical Length Assessment Biophysical Profile Limited TTTS protocol with limited sonogram Multiples Ultrasound Guided Invasive Procedures (amniocentesis, CVS, D&C / D&E, Saline Sonohysterogram) Fetal Echo Doppler studies (umbilical artery, middle cerebral artery, ductus venosus, umbilical vein) We see a wide range of patient diagnoses on a daily basis from congenital cardiac defects, skeletal dysplasia, open neural tube defects, fetal growth restriction, etc. We get multiple add-ons through-out the day.
