Job Description

Providing direct mental health counseling and services to clients referred, with options available in school-based and outpatient settings across multiple locations including Texarkana, Nashville, and surrounding areas.

• Offering a full-time position with competitive pay ($75,000 - $100,000 / year) and benefits such as 401(k), health / dental / vision insurance, paid time off, professional development, and relocation assistance.
• Responsibilities include developing and documenting treatment plans, delivering interventions as prescribed, and working under supervision to ensure timely, effective care.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree, Arkansas license, and one year of mental health counseling experience preferred. Must be fluent in English and able to work day shifts, Monday to Friday, in person.
