Nurse-to-Patient Ratio : 1 : 2 (Charge RN without patient load)

Patient Types : Sepsis, respiratory failure, minimal cardiac, occasional trauma

Equipment : IABP (occasionally used)

EHR : Paragon

Patient Population : Adult / geriatric – Medical ICU

Hiring Preferences : Must Have :

Minimum 1 year ICU experience

Strong teamwork and adherence to best practices

Preferred :

Medical ICU background

TNCC certification
