Property Preservation Contractors (West Virginia)

Location we are looking for West Virginia – Mercer- McDowell-Raleigh Work opportunity for Property Preservation/REO Contractors By Weekly Payment Looking for property preservation vendors who meet the following requirements:

• 1) Experience to do standard preservation duties/tasks including the following work: a.
• Winterizations b.
• Lawn Maintenance c.
• Debris removal d.
• Lock Changes e.
• Initial Services (including sales clean) f.
• Boarding g.
• Prepare/Put property in Convey Condition h.
• General/Minor household repairs, etc.
• I.
• Ability to provide estimates on requested items for repair/replace 2) Must have own transportation 3) Must be detail oriented when reporting results in reports along with photos, bids, etc. 4) Meeting client's deadlines 5) Must have own equipment and have inventory of necessary HUD locks on hand, materials needed on regular basis, etc.
