Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Replacing exterior wood siding and trim on multi-family buildings
  • Installing new windows and doorwalls
  • Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
  • Kitchen cabinet replacement and interior trim
  • Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
  • Minor drywall repairs
