Skills : Two years of the following experience is required : Emergency room experience is required IV insertion and phlebotomy skill is required Conscious sedation

Education : Required : New York State RN License, Primary Source Verification, AHA BLS, AHA PALS, IV / Phlebotomy experience, TNCC (only at Bellevue, Kings County, and Jacobi), AHA ACLS,
