CGP : Sr. Credit / Collections Clerk

Our client in the San Gabriel Valley is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Credit Specialist to join their team. Role is hybrid. Only local applicants will be considered. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $27 to $30 per hour.

Responsibilities : high volume AR processing and posting payments via lockbox, credit card, and wire transfers; posting daily cash receipts; account reconciliations; business to business collections; communication with business consumers on daily basis regarding account status, billings, and payments; review of credit viability on new and existing accounts; preparing reports : and completing special projects as assigned.

Qualifications :

• 5+ years combination of AR / Credit / Collections experience
• MS Excel (intermediate)
• Excellent communication both written and verbal
