  • Mercor is partnering with a leading AI lab to understand how today’s AI tools can accelerate—and where they fall short in—real estate sales and advisory. We’re looking for a
  • top-tier residential real estate agent
  • (e.g., from firms like Sotheby’s International Realty, Compass, etc.) to create real scenarios to evaluate model output.
  • You're a good fit if you :
  • Are currently based in the US. - Have 2+ years of real estate experience at a Tier 1 firm. - Demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills, with the ability to convey nuanced client and market dynamics. - Are self-directed, organized, and comfortable working remotely and asynchronously in a dynamic research environment.

  • Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. - There is up to 40 hours of work available per week. We ask that you commit, at minimum, 15 hours per week. - The work is
  • fully remote and asynchronous

  • Compensation & Contract Terms
  • We compensate professionals at $100 an hour. - This engagement will initially last for one week, with the potential to extend longer if necessary.
