General Purpose and Scope of Position :

The Sales Agronomist will be responsible for managing existing and attracting new customers within the sales territory, assisting customers with proper product selection and use based on agronomic needs, and maintaining and developing profitable customer relationships.

• Deep working knowledge of local agricultural crops and market practices
• Provides clear direction and can motivate individuals and teams
• Excellent presentation skills
• Proficient working with MS Office Suite
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Compensation and Benefits : In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $61,300 - $81,710 (higher levels available based on experience). Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, and retirement plan participation, including an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401(k).
