And we hold true to our core values of : (1) Be an excellent communicator; (2) Operate with transparency; (3) Provide leverage, not optimization; (4) Make a difference every day; and (5) Act with integrity and trust. / ph3Responsibilities / h3ulliAggregate data from several sources and conduct data research to generate accurate analysis to support our product development. / liliGenerate visualizations leveraging different technologies to be included in slide decks and dashboards. / liliInfluence internal stakeholders by constructing slide decks from inception and effectively communicate results. / liliDeeply understand and document structures and processes that make up our data pipeline. / liliInvestigate the quality and relationships of new and existing data sources. / liliPerform analyses, extract insights, and make recommendations on next steps. / li / ulh3Requirements / h3ulliBachelors degree / lili2-4 years of professional work experience (including internships) in an Analyst role / liliProficient in SQL / liliCollaborative team-focused attitude with a strong desire and learn new things and support the business / liliA fierce sense of ownership and responsibility in ones work / liliAbility to translate a business problem into technical steps, and data-driven insights into recommendations / liliDemonstrates attention to detail / li / ulh3Preferred Qualifications / h3ulliDemonstrated experience building dashboards / liliBasic Python experience / li / ulp$90,000 - $120,000 a year / ppThe range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across California and Utah. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
